In a world often captivated by fleeting glamour and transient success, there emerges an exceptional individual whose heart beats to a different rhythm, a rhythm of enduring impact and profound purpose. Nataliya Resh, born in Ukraine and nurtured in the embrace of Russian culture from a tender age, embodies this unique spirit. Her life’s journey has been a testament to resilience, compassion and an unyielding commitment to leaving an indelible mark on the world.
Nataliya’s journey began within the hallowed halls of academia, where she pursued a dual intellectual and artistic exploration track. She trod the corridors of both a gymnasium and an Arts School, specialising in choreography and showcasing a diverse range of talents from a young age. While her modelling career beckoned with all its allure during her university years, Nataliya’s wisdom guided her towards a path that prioritised education over ephemeral glamour.
By the age of 19, Nataliya exemplified remarkable determination by juggling a part-time position as a legal assistant in a law firm with her university studies. A relentless pursuit of knowledge led her to earn four higher education degrees, paving the way for a promising career in law. Yet, Nataliya’s aspirations extended beyond the courtroom.
In 2013, Nataliya relocated to London with her son Vlad and founded the “Open Culture Foundation,” a beacon of hope and a harbinger of positive change. Initially focusing on arts and enlightenment, the foundation quickly evolved, reflecting Nataliya’s profound concern for the environment and her desire to secure a flourishing future for generations to come.
Under Nataliya’s guidance, the foundation transitioned towards sustainable development, climate change, and environmental conservation. It was a transformation fuelled by her deep-rooted maternal instincts and an unwavering commitment to safeguarding our planet. A partnership with the Better World Fund in 2015 marked the genesis of numerous charitable projects aimed at fundraising and enlightening the public about our pressing environmental issues.
Today, Nataliya Resh stands as a beacon of inspiration, passionately sharing her experience and knowledge with the world. Her tireless efforts have manifested into over 30 projects executed globally, and the events organized annually serve as a testament to her dedication. These gatherings bring together leading experts, scientists, biologists, and sustainable business representatives, fostering a dialogue that can catalyse transformative change.
But Nataliya’s impact extends beyond the sphere of charity. She is an entrepreneur, a visionary, and a philanthropist, holding professional degrees in finance, law, fashion, and design. As the President and founder of the Open Culture Foundation, she spearheads initiatives that support environmental causes, demonstrating that sustainability is not merely a buzzword but a way of life.
Today, Nataliya and her team are actively preparing for the launch of a new unique sustainable fashion product designed to support women from day zero. The company is keeping the specifics of the product under wraps for now, but the project will soon come to fruition. For Nataliya, it was of paramount importance to create a sustainable product specifically in the fashion sector, as we know this industry significantly pollutes the environment, ranking as the second most polluting sector. Every member of our team shares the brand’s values, which was a key element in the selection of employees and every team member alongside experience and specialized expertise. I believe that this is the only way to achieve success.
As we stand on the precipice of a critical juncture in our planet’s history, individuals like Nataliya Resh offer a glimmer of hope. They remind us that beyond the superficiality of fame and fortune lies a profound purpose – a purpose to preserve, nurture, and create a world where sustainability and compassion reign supreme.
Nataliya’s life is a guiding Star, illuminating the path towards a better, more sustainable future for all.
