An unforgettable three-day celebration of Italian excellence and global creativity in the heart of Tuscany. This October, the rolling hills of Tuscany became the backdrop for one of the most anticipated gatherings in the luxury event world: RSVP Tuscany 2025, held at the stunning Castel Monastero from October 21st to 23rd.

Co-produced and entirely designed by Monica Balli Events, this three-day experience seamlessly blended refined Italian charm with RSVP’s signature spirit of creativity, collaboration, and extraordinary hospitality. Nestled in the heart of Chianti, Castel Monastero set the stage for an event that celebrated both tradition and innovation. Guests were welcomed into its centuries-old stone walls, where modern luxury meets medieval heritage, the perfect canvas for RSVP’s vision of connection and inspiration.

Every design element of RSVP Tuscany 2025, from the first sketch to the final lighting cue, was conceived and brought to life by Monica Balli, who created the complete design concept and production for all three themed evenings. Working side by side with her trusted partners, Balli ensured seamless execution and artistic coherence throughout the entire experience. Several suppliers accompanied the event across all three nights, including:
- Altera Event Tent, which provided the spectacular tensile structure and scenic installations that became the architectural heart of each celebration.
- Preludio Divisione Noleggio, whose refined selection of furnishings and rentals brought harmony, elegance, and versatility to every setting.
- Floralia – Floral Design, whose floral creations adorned every night with natural beauty and bespoke arrangements tailored to each theme.
- Wedding Music and Lights – Light design, whose exceptional expertise in lighting, sound, and production transformed each atmosphere, from the dreamy to the dramatic, into pure emotion.

Their teamwork, guided by Monica Balli’s creative direction, turned three distinct events into one coherent masterpiece of Italian artistry and innovation. The aesthetic narrative, from invitations to on-site branding, was meticulously curated by Ceci New York, while @leemingbrothers delivered exquisite printed stationery that elevated every touchpoint.
One of RSVP’s defining features is its commitment to meaningful education, and Tuscany 2025 continued that legacy with a powerful lineup of educators who shared invaluable insights into creativity, leadership, and the future of the event industry.
- Sean Low, celebrated business strategist and founder of The Business of Being Creative, offered transformative guidance on aligning artistic vision with financial sustainability.
- Lady Banker Aleesha Webb, an award-winning banking executive and thought leader, shared her expertise on entrepreneurship and financial empowerment, encouraging attendees to lead with both confidence and compassion.
- Liza Tullidge, known for her innovative approach to brand storytelling and experience design, inspired guests to craft events that transcend trends and build emotional connection through authenticity.
- Carla Brooks, a leading figure in luxury hospitality and client experience, explored the art of building trust, loyalty, and excellence in high-end service, reminding everyone that true luxury lies in the details. Together, these educators set the tone for a future where business insight meets creative intuition, a balance that lies at the very heart of RSVP.

Each day of RSVP Tuscany offered a distinct sensory journey, blending culture, design, and gastronomy in quintessential Italian style. Day One opened with an exclusive Luxury Shopping Experience at The Mall Firenze, followed by networking and immersive workshops. Sports Day at Villa Nemora offered guests a joyful way to connect through friendly competition and laughter under the Tuscan sun. Hbeauty, led by Halimah and her talented team, played a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision of RSVP Tuscany 2025. Their expertise in beauty and styling brought a distinctive touch of elegance and innovation to the event, enhancing each look with a perfect balance of modern trends and timeless sophistication.

A whimsical night of chic nostalgia, “The Pyjama Party” came alive with dazzling performances by Abacadabra Productions, couture loungewear and masks by Simone Marulli, and live art by Edoardo Nardin. The culinary experience, curated by Calamai Ricevimenti, showcased the talent of Tuscany’s rising star of catering. Calamai reimagined comfort food with elegant, modern flair, each plate an ode to creativity, balance, and taste.

The second night, titled “When I Grow Up…”, guests are transported into a world of dreams and wonder, created in collaboration with AVR Productions. Dinner was curated by the Michelin-starred restaurant Silene, guided by Chef Roberto Rossi, who transformed traditional Tuscan flavours into a poetic culinary journey. Each dish reflected a story of territory, memory, and passion, a true celebration of refined authenticity.

The closing evening, “1980s High School Prom,” exploded with colour, music, and irresistible retro energy. Guests danced to Tailored Entertainment while enjoying the exquisite creations of Federico Salza Catering, one of Italy’s most iconic names in haute cuisine. Federico Salza’s signature artistry, blending tradition, innovation, and precision, delivered an unforgettable finale. Each dish was a symphony of taste and emotion, perfectly closing three days of extraordinary celebration.

The visual storytelling of RSVP Tuscany 2025 was masterfully crafted by Michael Zennaro Photography, whose lens captured not only the grandeur of Castel Monastero and its surroundings but also the spirit of connection, creativity, and joy that defined the event.

Zennaro’s imagery, elegant, emotional, and cinematic, documented each moment with authenticity and artistic precision. From golden-hour gatherings in the Tuscan countryside to the electric energy of the themed soirées, his work became an essential part of the RSVP experience. His ability to translate atmosphere into emotion made the official imagery of this edition truly timeless, offering guests and partners alike a vivid reminder of the beauty and inspiration that unfolded over three unforgettable days.

Monica Balli, co-producer and creative force behind this year’s edition, RSVP Tuscany was a love letter to her homeland and its talent. “Bringing RSVP to Tuscany for the first time has been an immense honour,” shared Monica Balli. “This land embodies everything RSVP stands for: beauty, creativity, authenticity, and excellence. Designing and producing the three evenings alongside our incredible partners has been an extraordinary journey. I’m deeply proud to have showcased the artistry of our Italian masters, from the unparalleled sophistication of Federico Salza, whose cuisine defined the grand finale, to the Michelin-starred mastery of Chef Roberto Rossi of Silene, and the rising brilliance of Calamai Ricevimenti. Together with Altera Event Tent, Preludio, Floralia, and Wedding Music and Lights, who supported the entire production from start to finish, we created something truly Italian in spirit and global in vision.” Her leadership and creative sensitivity infused every moment of RSVP Tuscany 2025 with soul and elegance, a celebration of craftsmanship, community, and connection.

RSVP Tuscany 2025 was more than an event; it was a living confirmation of the power of collaboration. Behind every magical detail stood a network of artisans and visionaries who turned imagination into reality. As the sun set over the Tuscan countryside, one message echoed through Castel Monastero: this is not the end, only the beginning of another unforgettable chapter. Balli’s leadership and vision ensured that every moment of RSVP Tuscany was infused with genuine Italian soul, a celebration of craft, community, and culture.

As the adventure continues, the next stop, RSVP Mayakoba, Mexico, is scheduled for this December. And this time, the experience will be curated by Brian Worley, promising another extraordinary chapter in the RSVP story, where creativity meets paradise. Because when creativity meets paradise, the story continues.
