Magnum Estate, Indonesia’s leading premium property developer, participated in a series of economic forums involving business and industrial leaders from key European nations and representatives from Indonesia. The Indonesian embassies in Belgium, Italy, and France organise the forums. These business meetings have presented Indonesia as a new global economic development hub with vast business, investment, and industrial growth potential. Representatives from Magnum Estate and other major Indonesian companies and state institutions showcased to European investors and entrepreneurs the opportunities offered by Indonesia’s rapidly growing economy.

The forums have discussed Indonesia’s ambitious plans, including:
- Propelling the country into the top five global economies by 2045
- Investment and development opportunities in unique locations are still available for government and developers
- Construction of new production facilities and creation of jobs for European countries in the Asian region
- Investments in building the new capital, Nusantara, on the island of Kalimantan
- Development and expansion of the Special Economic Zone – PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB)

Suryo Tutuko, executive representative of PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB) for Europe and the USA, works closely with Magnum Estate. Together, they present KITB’s investment opportunities at international economic forums. Magnum Estate aims to expand its operations by becoming a KIT Batang industrial park sub-developer. This partnership allows the company to continue developing luxury resorts and attract industrial investors to Indonesia, creating new opportunities for international business.

The forums featured representatives from government entities in the energy, infrastructure, port construction, and hospitality and tourism sectors. Key ministries, such as the Ministry of Investment, the Central Bank, the Ministry of Justice, and the Immigration Office, also took part in the event.

These institutions provided insights into improving investment processes, including the issuance of visas for stays or work in Indonesia. As Bali’s leading premium property developer, Magnum Estate showcased its experience delivering large-scale projects and discussed investment prospects in Indonesia’s real estate sector. The company also shared its vision for developing Indonesia’s tourism and construction industries.
