As autumn approaches, some seek to carry the vibrant colours and airy spirit of summer forward, while others embrace the refined elegance of sharper lines and muted tones. Louis Vuitton caters to both sensibilities and the place where it does so best is the new pop-up store at Bangkok’s central embassy mall. Launched this September, the Louis Vuitton pop-up store at the Central Embassy offers something special for every style enthusiast. Alluring to lovers of iconic designs and avant-garde flair, the boutique allows Maison’s clientele to explore a curated selection from the latest Fall/Winter 2024 collection.

The store visitors will be able to explore the Women’s Fall/Winter collection that marks Nicolas Ghesquière’s 10th anniversary as Maison’s Artistic Director. To honour the big date, Nicolas Ghesquière has selected unique designs that evoke a sense of nostalgia through Ghesquière’s signature style codes and reflect the demands of contemporary fashion. Aesthetically nuanced, the collection combines graphic motifs, lustrous embroidery, avant-garde accessories, and emblematic handbags. Each piece is a bold statement, with complicated architecture and an audacious mix of textures and forms. The collection is an ensemble of striking, wonderfully feminine and elegant silhouettes.

Another marvellous selection of ready-to-wear that is not to be missed is the Men’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection curated by Pharrell Williams, full of fantastic and traditional Western motifs. The highlight is a unique collection of the Men’s LV Fall created in collaboration with the late South Korean painter Park Seo-Bo, one of the most influential figures in contemporary Korean art.

Park Seo-Bo is widely acknowledged as the father of the “Dansaekhwa” movement, characterised by monochrome paintings and experimentations with lines and abstractions. Unsurprisingly, the LV collection stuns with its luscious monochromes, from the classic red and back to the gentle sky blue to neon green. Bags, sneakers, outerwear, and even the iconic Cotteville 16 Montres trunk are patterned with delicate and refined lines inspired by Park Seo-Bo’s “Écriture” series that celebrates spirituality and the texture of art.

For the second year in a row, the Maison of Louis Vuitton made the Central Embassy their location of choice. The Central Embassy shopping mall is perfect for a pop-up store. It is located in a vibrant neighbourhood surrounded by a thriving cultural quarter. It is also home to various luxury brands, including Chanel, Bottega Veneta, and Hermes, so the LV pop-up is in good company. The Louis Vuitton pop-up store’s sleek aesthetic incorporates glassy walls, soft lines, and beige colours. The store will remain open until 1 March 2025; make sure to pop in!
